The Sea~Beyond Foundation is a 501(C)3 non-profit that strives to protect local beaches, rivers, and waterways located within the Grand Strand community.  The core of our work lies in the dedication of our volunteers fulfilling the Sea~Beyond mission.

Right Now (March 2026) South Carolina Legislators are reviewing Bill H.3047  📜 which would classify balloon releases as LITTER!
